I'm a space science editor and writer for EJR-Quartz at the European Space Agency ESA, based at ESTEC in The Netherlands. My main role is writing news for www.esa.int on scientific results from our fleet of planetary, astronomy and astrophysics missions. I'm part of the team that created the social media campaigns, competitions and cartoons to support the key milestones of the Rosetta mission last year. I'm the voice behind @ESA_Rosetta and I also co-manage the Rosetta blog, Rosetta Mission Facebook page and Instagram account.
Prior to joining ESA in 2012, I worked as online news editor and deputy magazine editor for Astronomy Now, and helped develop their social media presence. I have a PhD and MSci degree in Planetary Science from University College London.
